3-part or 5-part?
A 3-part analyzer separates white cells into three groups (lymphocytes, monocytes or mid cells, and granulocytes) and suits clinics and smaller labs. A 5-part analyzer separates five types (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils and basophils) for a fuller picture and fewer manual smear reviews, and suits hospital and reference labs.
