These terms apply when you use milapinternational.in, which Milap International, Bengaluru, runs. By using the site, you agree to them.
1. Who the site is for
The site gives product and service information to hospitals, laboratories, clinics, pharmacies, dialysis centres and other healthcare buyers, mainly in Karnataka. It is not a shop: no product can be bought online, and nothing on the site is an offer to sell.
2. Product information
- Product descriptions, specifications and images come from the manufacturers’ published brochures. Manufacturers may change their products without notice, so please confirm details with us before you decide.
- Prices, availability, delivery times and warranty terms are confirmed only in a written quotation from Milap.
- Some equipment can only be supplied to institutions that hold the required licences or approvals, for example AERB approval for radiation therapy systems. We will tell you what applies when you ask for a quote.
- Product images may show optional accessories or regional versions.
3. Not medical advice
Information on this site, including guides, blogs and FAQs, is general information for healthcare professionals. It is not medical advice and does not replace the manufacturer’s instructions for use, operator training or clinical judgement. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use for the specific product.
4. Brands and trademarks
Milap is an authorised channel partner and service provider in Karnataka for the brands shown on this site. All product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products. Their use does not mean the owners endorse anything beyond that relationship. The Milap name, logo and original content of this site belong to Milap International.
5. Using our content
You may view, download and print pages and brochures for your own buying or professional use. Please do not copy, republish or sell the site’s content, or use it to train automated systems for commercial use, without our written permission. Short quotes with a link back to the page are welcome.

Do not try to break into the site, overload it, send spam or harmful code through our forms, or pretend to be someone else when you contact us.

We link to manufacturer and other websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.
