What is the Flowcath AV fistula needle?
The Flowcath AV fistula needle connects the dialysis blood lines to the patient’s blood vessels when hemodialysis is carried out through an internal arteriovenous fistula. It has a fixed, flexible butterfly wing for fixation, a siliconized ultra-thin walled needle with a sharp bevel, and a back eye that helps reduce interruptions to blood flow.
